My Focus

My focus is on practical consulting for multinational companies on strategic issues at the intersection of Germany, Europe, and China. My service portfolio combines standardized offerings in the areas of intellectual property and market entry with customized project solutions. In close collaboration with highly qualified and experienced patent attorneys and lawyers, I primarily support German and international clients strategically in developing and implementing their China-related IP strategies, while also comprehensively assisting Chinese companies with all matters of industrial property protection in Germany and Europe. A particular focus lies on the targeted establishment, strategic use, and effective enforcement of intellectual property rights—always considering the legal frameworks of both systems.

Additionally, I support Chinese companies entering the German market as well as German companies expanding into China. Supporting Chinese exhibitors at German trade fairs and providing linguistically and culturally precise legal communication in international projects are also part of my profile, as is the operational handling of complex mandate processes.

My long-standing experience working with study delegations from the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) in Germany, as well as my continuous teaching activities in the field of international legal studies – especially at the University of Trier since 2009 – complement my professional profile.

I enjoy traveling to experience international cultures and markets firsthand. In addition, I cook with passion and experiment with flavors from East and West.
