My Focus

is on patent grant, opposition and nullity proceedings in the field of biotechnology and chemistry as well as on conducting prior art search, e.g. for patentability, oppositions, third party observations, FTOs and advising start-ups on the protection of their innovations.

My clients

are active in the fields of medical technology, food technology, technical chemistry and life sciences, with a focus on inventions for medical use, antibodies, nucleic acids and microorganisms.

In my spare time

I like to paint, draw and read.

My education in short

• Studies of Bioprocess Engineering and Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Bioprocess Engineering at the Technical University of Munich.
• Professional activity in the field of human genetic diagnostics.
• I have been working in the field of intellectual property law since 2018.
