WINTER-BRANDL partner Tianhao Miao was invited by the new Chinese Consul General Mr. QIU Xuejun on 23.12.2024 to exchange views with him at the Chinese Consulate in Munich on the further development of IP and the IP challenges faced by Chinese companies in Germany.

During the meeting, Mr. Miao reported on the changes and trends of patent and trademark applications of Chinese companies, the intellectual property issues faced by companies when participating in major German trade fairs, and the intellectual property disputes faced by e-commerce companies on major German e-commerce platforms (such as Amazon).
