We are pleased to announce that Dr. Alexander Wyrwoll and Clarissa Johanna Regler will be representing WINTER BRANDL at the FICPI 23rd Open Forum, taking place from 16–18 September 2026 in Budapest, Hungary.
Alexander Wyrwoll will serve as Patent Stream Leader.
On Friday, 18 September, from 16:00–17:30, Clarissa Johanna Regler will moderate the session “Restrictive vs. Permissive Approaches to Pharmaceutical Patentability”, bringing together perspectives from Asia, Europe, North America and South America.
