My Focus

is on patent prosecution, opinions on validity and infringement in Europe and on patent prosecution in China, Japan and the USA.

My clients

are from China, Germany, Japan, Korea, the Netherlands and USA in the field of physics, opto-electronics, semiconductor technology, automation technology, medical technology, telecommunications, electrical engineering and mechatronics.

In my spare time

I go jogging, hiking, play badminton and do yoga and aerobics.

My education in short

• Bachelors degree in physics of science at the Inner Mongolia University in China.
• Masters degree in opto-electronic engnieering at the National University of Defense Technology (NUDT) in China.
• Masters degree in law, majoring in intellectual property law,  at the Renmin University in China.
• Working as a patent examiner at the China Patent Office.
• I have been working in the field of intellectual property law since 2003.
