Winter, Brandl supports li:on bikes in its journey to a patent

Great ideas can change the way the next generation gets on their bikes. li:on bikes is rethinking the children’s bike – with the aim of combining safety, visibility and modern design.

Winter, Brandl – Partnerschaft mbB has supported li:on bikes in filing a patent application. One of the inventors is Tony Martin, a successful professional cyclist (four-time world champion in the individual time trial and Olympic silver medallist), who is channelling his experience from elite sport into the development of innovative solutions for young cyclists.

The partner in charge at Winter, Brandl is Dr Alexander Wyrwoll, himself a passionate road cyclist and triathlete. In this way, the professional support for the project is combined with a personal enthusiasm for cycling.

The patent is a significant step towards the further development of the idea and towards li:on bikes’ vision of a new generation of children’s bikes. We are delighted to have supported the team on this journey and to have contributed to the kids’ bike revolution.
