WINTER-BRANDL took part in the 14th China Intellectual Property Annual Conference (CIPA), held in Beijing on 11–12 September 2025, with its own exhibition booth.
Our partner, Tianhao Miao, was invited as a speaker and delivered two highly attended presentations on “IP Filing Strategy and Litigation in Europe” and “UPC – Current Developments.”
Both talks drew strong interest from the audience and sparked engaging discussions.
Beyond the presentations, the conference provided an excellent platform to connect with professionals and companies across the global IP community.
